Principles of food safety such as the hazard and risk analysis and risk management will be provided. An overview about E.U. Regulations on Food will follow, with a focus on the Alert System. A second view about food safety will be covered by guest speakers from industry. Students will then learn about emerging risk in the food safety area with special attention paid to microbiological risk.

    The IELTS – or the International English Language Test System – tests your English-language abilities (writing, listening, speaking, and reading) on a scale of 1.00–9.00. Academic Requirements

English Language Requirements

Good level of English. Non native English speakers must give evidence of their language proficiency of a minimum B2 level or equivalent (ex: TOEFL Ibt 79, IELTS 6, First Certificate of English, Cambridge ESOL or other certification).

Documents you will need to upload while filling in the online application:

  • a passport size picture
  • the scanned version of your passport or other ID documents
  • the transcript of records
  • certificates assessing the knowledge of the English Language
