The Effective behaviour in your professional surroundings course at the Wageningen University and Research assists you in building and empowering your attitude, behaviour and position in your professional surroundings. Insight in your own behaviour in order to effectively position yourself

The topics of these 2 days revolve around insight into yourself and how you can master your own behaviour and communication. You are profoundly affected by how you feel: If you feel strong, then you work well. If you feel weak, then you don’t work well. How can you make yourself stronger, even if the situation is bad?

Part 2

Insight in your behaviour in order to effectively cooperate with others

The topics of these 2 days revolve around building and sustaining effective relations and a supportive network. People don’t always share the same ideas, therefore conflict is inevitable. A conflict can be destructive if it is not handled in a right way. A well-managed conflict can be beneficial to all parties involved
