About

The 60 Credits Award - 50 credits at Level 3 and 10 credits at Level 4 University Certificate of Competence course at London South Bank University aims to enable you to develop a reflective and enquiring approach to your practice, and to develop the knowledge and understanding with which to develop your practice.

Overview

This part-time 60 Credits Award - 50 credits at Level 3 and 10 credits at Level 4 University Certificate of Competence course at London South Bank University, delivered over one academic year, addresses the concept of person centred care, building on the principles outlined in Trust Induction Programmes, and considers the Healthcare Support Worker's role in both enhancing the quality of life for patients with a range of long term conditions and their role in ensuring that patients whose conditions deteriorate are identified swiftly and effectively.
