Students will receive intensive cross-disciplinary training , with lectures, laboratories, two different excavations activities. Weekend archaeological site visits will complete the week program.
The course will last 4 weeks including a series of lectures that will turns into laboratory activities.
Laboratory activities will allow students to develop their competence on:
- Procedures for cleaning, consolidation, restoration, labelling, inventory and cataloguing of materials
- Graphic, photographic and written documentation
- Digital processing of the acquired data
Practical activities will be carried out in two different places, a prehistoric settlement and a roman site, to provide students with adequate methodological knowledge.
