About

The students will attend a class of Energy systems and a class of  Italian culture and language (elementary level) at the Language Centre. SDSU: the students will attend a class of Numerical analysis and a class of  Italian culture and language (elementary level) that include the topic on diversity related to the topic ""Role of women in Italian history".

The other two weeks in USA from 21st August to 29th September 2019 at Urbana. UIUC: the students will attend a class of Energy systems (NPRE201) and a class of English culture and language (mid - high level); while in San Diego, SDSU a) Computer Programming and Applications (ME 202) (or specific topic on Corrosion and Protection of materials) and a class of English culture and language (mid - high level).

The classes usually run from Monday through Thursday. Friday is devoted to technical visit and seminar in labs and industries. The weekends are devoted to the cultural visit of main local cities and attractions. It's required for students to attend all the lectures. The STEP in USA is open also to students of other Italian Universities upon evaluation of the STEP Committee.

The Summer School is implemented in the framework of the international memorandum with the University of Illinois at Urban-Champaign and the San Diego State University; it is aimed at developing the cooperation among the universities and to allow an international educational experience to the involved students.
