About the program
These small, afternoon conversation classes of the Intensive Plus Speaking Skills course of the Emerald Cultural Institute focus on improving your fluency and developing a more natural form of English. Teachers concentrate on increasing your vocabulary and idiomatic language, as well as facilitating meaningful discussion within the group.
Our Intensive course includes our new ‘Integrated Learning’ curriculum based on 21st Century Skills such as collaboration, critical thinking and problem solving.
Programme Structure
- We offer these afternoon conversation classes for three levels: pre-intermediate, intermediate and upper-intermediate.
- 60-minute lessons
- Written and oral assessment tests
- Regular progress reports
- Ongoing academic support and monitoring
- Study Plans designed with Academic Mentors for long-term students
- Free supervised study sessions in the afternoons
- Use of multi-media facilities
- Free programme of workshops and seminars
