Students who complete this Applications Programming Applications Programming program offered by the UCLA Extension UCLA Extension will be able to develop software applications based on user requirements specifications. Students will learn to develop software code in high-level languages such as C#, Java, and others. 

They will be able to test, debug and execute their programs on a variety of computer platforms and operating systems. Emphasis is given to the use of object-oriented methodology in developing Software applications.

            Academic Requirements

            • Create a student profile, apply to your certificate program, and pay the candidacy fee.
            • Navigate to the International Student Certificate Program Application and submit when all pages are complete.
            • Pay international student fees.  You will be prompted to pay the international student fee when you submit your completed application. You will pay the remaining international student fees via the links on the international student fee page.
            • Send required documents to the International Student Office.
