Programme Structure

The programme of the international Seminar on European Project Management is organized in 5 main modules:

  • Introduction to Project Management
  • Management Strategies
  • Partnership Management
  • Evaluation, Dissemination and Exploitation
  • Administrative and Financial Management


Directors, managers, lecturers, teachers, trainers, researchers and experts working in public bodies, universities, schools, training organizations, adult education institutions and research centers. 


The teaching staff is composed by experts with 15 to 25 years of experience in European cooperation.

Living costs for Florence

The living costs include the total expenses per month, covering accommodation, public transportation, utilities (electricity, internet), books and groceries.


Groups composed of at least 6 participants will benefit of a 25% reduction of the enrolment fee (420 Euro per person).
