Programme Structure

The programme of the international Seminar on European Project Management is organized in 5 main modules:

  • Introduction to Project Management
  • Management Strategies
  • Partnership Management
  • Evaluation, Dissemination and Exploitation
  • Administrative and Financial Management

The total duration of the course programme is 50 hours. 25 hours of classroom based learning in Florence and 25 hours of e-learning integrated with virtual meetings with the seminar trainers.


The European Project Management international Seminar is addressed to directors, managers, officers, executives, lecturers, teachers, trainers, researchers and experts working in public bodies, universities, schools, training organizations, adult education institutions, research.


Dr. Elisabetta Delle Donne

For the past twenty years she has been involved as project manager in more than 130 projects funded by the European Commission. Elisabetta is an evaluator of European project proposals  in the framework of Erasmus+  COST, Horizon 2020. 

Dr. Andrea Peraldo

Andrea has planned more than 50 successful grant applications in the framework of different funding programmes.
