Programme Structure

Written by leading UX experts and structured by course designers from Harvard and Berkeley, our curriculum ensures a learning experience of the highest quality. Exercises include, among others:

  • An Introduction To UX And Design Thinking: Learn how to describe the UX design and design thinking processes. Apply the first stage of the design thinking process to a real-world problem and start really thinking like a UX designer.
  • How To Conduct Effective User Research: Discover user-centered design and strategies for conducting effective user research. Compare and evaluate research methods for different design scenarios.
  • How To Build User Personas: Learn the processes for creating effective, meaningful user personas and user stories based on users' goals and needs.
  • How To Analyze Information Architecture: Analyze how users navigate a site and the theory and best practises behind how information is best structured for a user's consumption.
