During the Silicon Valley Academy summer school, you will learn about the mindset of Silicon Valley from the best. You will have the chance to visit world-renowned companies such as Apple, Google, Intel, NetApp, Autodesk and more.
Throughout the program, you will be given faculty guidance whilst working in small teams to live the life of a startup. You will attend specialist workshops on uncovering deeper customer insights, surfacing new opportunities and prototyping new innovative solutions. As a team, you will work together to perfect and pitch your startup ideas to potential customers and get valuable feedback from Venture Capitalists.
Of course, in the business world, networking is just as valuable as knowledge. You will expand your network and gain valuable connections, all whilst developing your personal and professional skills.
Workshops, lectures, an elevator pitch competition
After you learn more about innovation, latest technological improvements and idea execution, you'll taste how is it like to pitch to investors on elevator pitch competition - short and precise description of your idea that catches their eye and makes them invest in your idea. At the end of the program, the best team will also get a chance to join ABC Accelerator Batch with their idea.
During the summer school, you will have a unique opportunity to make contact with key players in these large organizations. Participants will explore the incredible HQ offices and listen to insider stories about the company cultures and latest innovations. Get up close and personal with the likes of Google, Apple, WeWork, Credit Karma, Pinterest, Adobe, Stanford University, etc… As the home to some of the most developed and competitive tech firms, we show you some of the best The Valley has to offer. Guest Speakers and Mentors
One of the keys to Silicon Valley’s success is the people, their creative and innovative minds have shaped the ecosystem. Through a combination of guest speakers and mentors, you will interact with the brightest minds in the Valley. From a variety of backgrounds, our inspirational guest speakers will give you exclusive insights into innovation and entrepreneurship. In addition to this, our mentors will provide guidance in your work on the elevator pitch. Sharing the tricks of the trade, to help you excel in the summer school!
Freetime and Fun
When you aren’t working hard on the summer school, you will have time to soak up the California sun! With your new friends you can explore San Jose, the vibrant downtown offers a selection of museums, parks, bars and restaurants. Embrace the vibe of The Valley and explore this truly unique city!
One day trip to San Francisco
We will take a one day trip to San Francisco, where you can marvel at the vast Golden Gate Bridge, ride on the world-famous cable cars and walk down the inspiring financial district.
The ABC Business Academy is authorized to organize the course at the HDBW that is accredited by European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) framework by the European Commission and meets all the requirements of an academically recognized subject of the Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree.

Students that will need a visa to travel to the program will need to cover at least half of the tuition fee before receiving any visa documents from our side.

The living costs include the total expenses per month, covering accommodation, public transportation, utilities (electricity, internet), books and groceries.
