The program consits of seven core modules (6 ECTS credits each) and the Elective Subjects (18 ECTS) that provide ample room for individual specialisation. Altogether, the program covers 60 ECTS, which corresponds to one academic year.
Persons aspiring to acquire methodological and application-specific or technology-oriented knowledge, expertise and skills in Geoinformatics. This University distance learning program is suitable for those already engaged in GIS related jobs and/or those who have some background in a spatial discipline.
The program is taught by the faculty of the Department of Geoinformatics - Z_GIS, supplemented by experts from industry for elective subjects.
