About the Hogan Develop: Career Report

The Career Report focuses on the individual’s strengths and shortcomings and gives tips for career development.It also includes a graphic report on the 7 characteristics of the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI).The report works well as a development tool for a first time manager and can be given to the employee to keep.
