At Entrepreneurship through Acquisition and Succession - How to Buy a Company from Utrecht Summer School we will actively look for financing for the acquisition, takeover, or succession. This is the real deal without the students being obliged to proceed to a transaction. We pay special attention to those who work in a family business. We work with real cases and companies that are for sale. We will visit at least one real company during the course that was recently for sale or was sold.
