Overview
The aim is to experience what it means to be an active citizen, community member and leader in participatory democracy and to learn about what are the biggest challenges in civic engagement. Participants will also learn how to start the digital transformation in communities and civic initiatives in order to involve more people in the discussion and decision-making process, using technology for that.
This event will bring together representatives of the international community from Indonesia, India, Switzerland, Latvia, Poland, Estonia and other countries. In this programme we will explore and share the possibilities and challenges that participatory and e-democracy faces. The representatives will share their experience from each country and learn from each other’s projects.
