Overview
The Australian health sector is undergoing a major transformation with COVID-19, the emergence of new care models, changing consumer expectations and shifts in public policies, including rising costs. Digital health technologies are available to help ease these challenges for healthcare providers, but rely on specialist leadership for successful adoption, including an awareness of the health tech landscape, change management skills and the ability to navigate an increasingly complex health ecosystem.
What you'll learn during the Digital Health Strategy and Change course at RMIT University
- Evaluate how consumer and enterprise level digital health technologies are shaping current and future healthcare ecosystems, including patient-centred care, new care models, the ageing population, legal and policy settings
