Overview
Ergonomics and Human Factors (Behaviour Change) at University of Derby is an optional module within our online MSc Ergonomics and Human Factors and can be completed as a standalone 10-week course. It considers how factors such as intentions, attitudes, values and norms shape behaviour and behaviour change. The distinction between models of behaviour and theories of change will be highlighted, as well as the different uses and limitations of such models and theories to understand behaviour.
