Overview
Whether you are interested in studying scenic art, want to know more about the work of a scenic artist or wish to gain skills to develop your own art work, this short course will introduce you to the essential skills needed when interpreting others designs and working on a large scale.
The Scenic Arts: An Introduction (online) programme is offered by The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
Through a series of online workshops and pre-recorded videos, you will learn various painting and drawing techniques. This course is ideally suited to those wanting to know more about the role of a scenic artist.

Who is this course for?

- The minimum age is 18 on the first day of the course. There is no upper age limit.
For your first class you will need:
- A1 sheet of paper (this could be A4 sheets taped together if necessary)
- Pencils/charcoals
- You will also need a clear space to work in
