They keep detailed written and photographic records of dialogue, action, costumes and props to ensure continuity in the edit. Working closely with all departments, a script supervisor supports a production from script level right through to post.

- A short film script (no more than 12-15 pages)
- A synopsis for an original feature film (no more than 2 pages)
