Careers
Ulm University's Monolithic Microwave IC Design module imparts a general overview of monolithic microwave IC (MMIC) design techniques, design tools and models as well as practical design exercises. Students will also deal with substrate properties, packaging parasites and their influence on MMIC design and fundamental building blocks.
