About the course
Starting in early January, this German Language Winter Program at Philip University in Marburg offers you language teaching and cultural events at one of Europe’s oldest universities – we have the experience of 500 years of teaching.
Students of this program receive a certificate stating the number of classroom hours, the course level, and performance (in %) in the various areas of language learning (speaking, listening, writing, reading).

How you will learn:
- Applicants complete a short placement test before they leave for Germany and are individually placed in courses in Marburg that match their abilities.
- In the classes, all aspects of language will be covered: reading, writing, speaking and listening.

- The application process involves an online registration. We need a few data and a short letter of motivation (appr. 100 words)
- Pre-knowledge of German not required. Students will be integrated in the ongoing language courses for international students.
