Sport can contribute to a better society in many ways, for example, by bridging different cultures, by bringing together international audience to events, or by contributing to a healthier world thanks to the development of sport accessibility everywhere.
Sport managers share this responsibility. Their leadership strength is critical not only to their successful career development, but also as the driving force at all levels within their organization, including in roles such as project managers, department heads, CEOs, or innovation entrepreneurs. This Developing Leaders in Sport course is offered at AISTS (International Academy of Sport Science and Technology).
Programme Structure
What you will learn:
- With hands-on and experiential sessions, the programme covers topics such as managing power and influence, as well as the underlying theme of self-awareness and self-reflection.
- The participants will learn how having positive leadership in their work environment can effectively contribute to the growth of sport while at the same time, develop their self-leadership.

- Developed as part of the AISTS Master of Advanced Studies in Sport Management and Technology, this Developing Leaders in Sport course is open to select external participants in the form of an exclusive short programme.
