About the course
A systematic and practical approach is adopted with real-life crisis case studies, scenario planning and organisational, team and individual capabilities that would be required at each step of the crisis life-cycle.
This includes understanding the terminology and language for effective crisis communication with internal and external partners, the press and social media; identifying issues unique to each industry and organisation that could trigger a crisis; managing a crisis with internal and external stakeholders; and post-crisis recovery. This Crisis Management for Business course is offered at Singapore Management University.
