About the course
Today, eCommerce is paving the way for what should be expected as the industry standards for businesses in their marketing, therefore it is necessary for new and existing eCommerce players to evaluate their competitiveness.
Participants in this eCommerce Analytics and Customer Engagement course at Singapore Management University will learn to navigate through the digital marketing ecosystem, utilise the tools needed to drive growth in their organisation, and discover marketing and growth hacking techniques.
