Overview
About the course
Coupled with the COVID19 pandemic and the increasing state of digital transformation, organisations need to re-design and adopt new measures, tools and processes to develop a more effective and holistic risk management system in their operations, work environment (eg. remote working), business models, infrastructure, contingency plans and how they interact with stakeholders, supplies and customers.
Participants will engage in hands-on discussion and casework involving the design and implementation of enhanced policies, processes, and business practices to adapt to a post-COVID19 environment with the emphasis on business resiliency and sustainability using tools and templates based on foundational oprisk elements like RCSA, KRI inventory, monitors, incidence response and recovery plans and reporting, augmented with learning and development initiatives to support emerging themes in cyber threats, ESG and climate-related issues.
