The Maritime Welfare (MARI-WEL) Programme is designed by the World Maritime University to meet the needs of anyone who works with or interacts with seafarers, both onboard and on shore.
This includes ship management companies, crewing agencies, port chaplains, welfare providers, or anyone with an interest in the welfare of seafarers.

As an open-access continuing education programme offered through e-learning, registered participants can access all programme materials at any time including video lectures, self-study activities and self-assessment tools.

- crew & resource management and land-based seafarer welfare
