- Either holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university or higher education institution in economic sciences, business information systems, business psychology, industrial engineering, business studies or equivalent;
- Or holding a position at middle and upper management levels, such as head of department with managerial responsibility, project manager or corporate and organisational developer, or in corporate and organisational development.
- The language of instruction is English. Students are expected to have a sufficient level of English for a university-level continuing education programme.
