Overview
What you will study
Participants of the Pressure Vessel Design, Inspection and Testing course offered by University Teknologi PETRONAS will also be given exposure to example of some case study on design PV using classical theory on ASME code. Highlights on the machine learning application for inspection purposes will also be shared.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
Explain the general process for product design and development
Apply the ASME Code Section VIII Div. 1 or 2 for PV design
Perform design calculations using the theoretical approach of design of unfired PV
Assess the design of unfired using DBF approach
Explain the inspection and testing requirement by ASME Code for PV
