History
In June 1998, Algebra trained the first attendants of its seminar for the use of computers and computer applications. June 1998 was marked by the first significant increase in the number of users of Algebra’s services and in 1999 and 2000 Algebra experienced multi-digit growth and established itself on the market of adult education in the field of consumer application of IT.

Student services
Founded in 2010 with a few important tasks in mind. The council organizes and attends various sports events. It organizes LAN parties and thematic gatherings. It is involved in organization of field trips, recreational outings and all the fun campus activities.
Housing services
Accommodation is NOT INCLUDED in the tuition fee. The price for accommodation during a three-week Summer School course is approximately 400 EUR if you stay at Chillout Hostel in Zagreb and Hostel Splendido in Šibenik. All spaces facilitate the student life to the fullest and allow students to live a unique experience. Both hostels are modern & urban designed, located in the heart of Zagreb and Šibenik.We recommend you book your accommodation before April 30th.If you do not wish to stay in the hostel, you can alternatively look for private accommodation on your own.

Campus life
Since September 2009, the Algebra University College has been located at the premises of the University campus in Ilica 242 in Zagreb, entrance from Domobranska Street. The University College is today located in a superbly renovated and equipped building from the early 20th century where the contrast between new technologies and old restored buildings creates a stimulating and dynamic environment. With over 2000 square meters of space currently available, the Algebra University College seeks to raise the standards of equipment and design of professional higher education institutions in Croatia.
Sports facilities
Take part in one of our sports teams, play to win in tournaments and as sports journalists say, ‘let your skills do the talking on the court’. Our teams take part in all the main annual collegial events such as Elektrijada (Electrical Engineering Sport and Science), Tehnologijada (Engineering Universities Sports and Science Competition) and the annual University Games.
Accreditation
Algebra is a cofounder of the Leading Learning Partners Association (LLPA) recognized as the winner of the 2020 Microsoft Learning Partner of the Year. We are also proud of being the only institution in Croatia that has met the quality requirements of the Dutch-Flemish accreditation agency NVAO.
