History
Founded in 2014 by renowned social entrepreneurs, Florian Hoffmann and Katherin Kirschenmann, we are a multinational team of around 40 passionate individuals. From our offices in Berlin, Hamburg, New York and Hong Kong, we run various programs and engagements in over 27 countries for participants from over 92 nations.

Our mission is to turn ideas into action quickly and catalyze new solutions. We encourage people to see opportunities in a fast-changing world, then equip them to act upon them, to create success and effectively shape the world they want to live in.
