Short Courses
Student services
Student Life provides a central location for support services to students of Union College. These services include men's and women's residence halls, student health, athletic activities, student activities and counseling for college students.
Housing services
Union College has a limited number of houses, duplexes and apartments which are available to faculty/staff and eligible students. These are conveniently located around the perimeter of the college. In most cases, tenants are responsible for paying their own gas, electricity, and water service. A security deposit equal to one-month's rent per unit is required in advance once a student has been accepted for rental housing. Rent for college-owned housing is charged each month to the student's account and will be considered, just as is dormitory room rent, when making your financial plan with the college.
Library services
The library leads the Union College campus in the utilization of information resources, preservation of institutional heritage, and serves students, faculty, staff, and community members in their intellectual and spiritual growth.
Medical services
Campus Health serves and supports our campus with non-urgent health and counseling visits. For services we can not offer, we are happy to supply students with referrals in the community for urgent or ongoing therapy/treatment as needed.
Campus life
Both at Union and colleges and universities nationwide, students who live on campus tend to get better grades, feel more connected to campus life, and take fewer years to finish their degree. Because of the connection between residence halls and success in college, Union requires younger students not living with their parents to live on campus.
Sports facilities
Union College is proud to offer an athletic program with a unique mission. Union College's Christian approach to athletics develops sportsmanship, promotes academic excellence, enhances skills, cultivates teamwork and leadership abilities and encourages service to others.
