Since we started teaching over 40 years ago, we’ve been deeply connected to the Asian region, socially conscious and environmentally aware, an integral part of the community and heavily industry focused. We’ve also become a comprehensive, research-intensive university, ranking in the top 2% of universities worldwide.
Griffith College specialises in delivering the learning process within a supportive environment, with small class sizes and additional contact hours to those typically offered within a university. This teaching model has resulted in high success rates for our students.
At Griffith College, we understand that the transition to university studies can be difficult, so we have a range of mentoring, learning and support services available. If you are finding things difficult, we encourage you to access these services as soon as possible.
If you plan to find your own share accommodation off-campus you may wish to arrange for temporary accommodation prior to your arrival. Temporary accommodation is normally in the form of Homestay or a motel /hotel or hostel which you pay for on arrival. The minimum stay in Homestay is 4 weeks. Homestay allows you to settle in quickly with the help of your host family and you can take time to look for suitable permanent accommodation whilst living in Homestay. Most motels or hotels will require a deposit to secure the room (credit card details are normally requested by the motel/hotel).
