NTU "KhPI" is a member of the most prestigious programs and projects funded by international organizations and foundations. It leads Ukrainian universities in the number of implemented TEMPUS projects (29 projects). 42 international projects are currently being implemented at the University.

Campus life
- Kharkiv is the second-largest city in Ukraine. Located in the north-east of the country, it is the largest city of the Slobozhanshchyna historical region. The city has a population of about 1.5 million people.
- Presently, Kharkiv operates as a major cultural, scientific, educational, transport and industrial centre of Ukraine, with 60 scientific institutes, 30 higher education universities and institutions, 6 museums, 7 theatres and 80 libraries.
- Kharkiv is the second biggest educational center in Ukraine and this city is known as the city of students and youth.
Sports facilities
The University has an up-to-date sports complex with a track and field arena, 14 gyms, two swimming pools, including a 50-meter one, a gym for games, special grounds to practice in fighting, gymnastics, table tennis, aerobics, 3 gyms with training equipment, a stadium with grounds for tennis, mini football and basketball as well as for gymnastics, track and field athletics, football.
