History
Established in 2018, ISH was made with a vision to reimagine hospitality education in India and reshape the future of the industry. It became a part of Sommet Education’s global network of schools in 2020 and joined hands with two world-renowned institutes — Les Roches and École Ducasse. With the ISH advantage, students can begin their course in India, continue in Europe and earn a global degree.
Education
ISH offers two undergraduate degree programmes:The BBA in Hospitality Management in alliance with Les Roches SwitzerlandThe B.A. (Hons.) in Culinary Arts in collaboration with Ecole Ducasse ParisTwo diploma courses — Culinary Arts Diploma and Pastry & Bakery Diploma. Students have the option to begin their programme in India and complete it in École Ducasse Paris, ENSP or At-Sunrice Singapore.We also offer a Postgraduate Programme in Hospitality Management, Executive Education courses customised to client needs and Weekend Workshops for Culinary and Pastry Arts enthusiasts.

With a degree in global hospitality business, students can pursue careers in aviation, luxury hospitality, travel and tourism, real estate, management consulting, banking and finance.After the culinary arts or pastry arts programmes, students can become professional chefs, culinary entrepreneurs, food stylists and journalists. They can pursue careers in R&D, private catering and even event management.The programmes include paid internships with top brands and career placements in the world’s finest companies.

At ISH, we understand the importance of a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment for our students. We’re committed to providing our students with a space that fosters learning, living, and personal growth. To pursue this goal, we’ve partnered with Covie, a professionally managed student accommodation service provider across India.Student residents at ISH are set to experience a new perspective on student lifestyle thanks to Covie’s managed accommodation. Each residence has biometric access systems for enhanced security supervised by the wardens. Covie provides support through its Administrative Services and housekeeping teams. They offer 24x7 maintenance, security, and emergency services.
Library services
Indian School of Hospitality has a Library and a Student Leaning Centre with over 200 books on culinary arts, pastry making, hospitality management, business, finance and digital marketing.

The ISH campus is completely Wi-Fi enabled with high-quality connections throughout the vicinity.
Medical services
Indian School of Hospitality has an infirmary on campus. Students have access to the online mental health counsellors at YourDOST.

The ISH campus is located in Gurugram. It’s near premier malls that have supermarkets, restaurants, hair salons and residential areas, golf courses, hotels and petrol pumps.
Sports facilities
The ISH campus has foosball and table tennis tables. ISH has also acquired a new ground for student sporting activities like football, cricket, basketball and badminton.
Student clubs
With various societies active on our campus, all of our students play a vital role in running our campus, organising events and representing our institute to the outside world. Some of the popular societies include Mascots (Sales & Outreach Society), SWISH for Student Wellbeing, Flyp (Activities Societies), Eventorium (Events Society), Hyple (Media Society), Spitfire (Language & Public Speaking Society), Umami (The Culinary Society) and Divercity (Creative Arts Society).
