The University of East Anglia was established in 1963 in Norwich, UK and is designed like a mini-city, balancing the calm of nature with the excitement of a city. In 2006, UEA partnered with INTO to help international students study at the campus. Together, they created unique courses that help overseas students get accustomed to British life and improve their English language and academic skills.
Combining critical thinking with creative practice, an education at UEA is like no other. Your classroom learning can be tested with placement opportunities and you’ll be able to access international and national employers for valuable real-world experiences. Start with an English language course or an International Foundation, International Year One or International Graduate Diploma in anything from Business, Economics, International Development and Mathematics, to Humanities and Law, Psychology, Pharmacy and Health Sciences and Engineering at INTO UEA. Once you successfully complete your pathway, you’ll progress to UEA to study a degree in the subject(s) you are passionate about.
At UEA, anything is possible when progressive and innovative people get together. Linked to the Norwich Research Park – the most cited collaborative research site outside of London, Cambridge and Oxford – the University leads the way in fields as diverse as Healthy Living and Ageing; Rethinking Society; Securing Energy, Food and Water; and Understanding Human and Natural Environments. INTO UEA students can choose to live on campus in INTO accommodation or with carefully selected homestay hosts. If you decide to live on campus, you’ll have a private study bedroom with an en suite bathroom in the INTO building and share a kitchen with other INTO students. If you choose to buy a meal plan with your accommodation, you’ll have two meals cooked for you in the on-site restaurant every day.
