Seoul city life
Seoul is a lovely city, surrounded by mountains, with numerous natural as well as cultural attractions. With numerous shopping stores, lively night life and many entertainment venues, Seoul simply has it all, so it’s impossible to get bored.

- Namhansanseong and the Royal Tombs of the Joseon Dynasty

Other unique places you can see are the N Seoul Tower, Lotte World – an indoor theme park, the Moonlight Rainbow Fountain – the world's longest bridge fountain and the Sevit Floating Islands.
You can walk or even practice hiking in the Namsan Park, and see splendid landscapes of the downtown Seoul skyline.
Among the religious sites, you can visit the Wongudan altar or The Myeongdong Cathedral.
Most stores and markets are open until midnight and the best place to walk around nice fashion stores in Seoul is COEX Mall. At night, Seoul is pretty energetic, so relax and have fun at nice bars and clubs, and you can even find American restaurants or cafes, like Caffe Bene. In, Seoul's international district, you can choose from different Western-style and European restaurants.
Attend one of the festivals held in Seoul, like the ABU TV and Radio Song Festival and enjoy some of the numerous sport events: football, baseball, basketball, volleyball and handball matches.
International atmosphere in Seoul
In Seoul, you will mostly be surrounded by the locals. The only people born outside Korea are Chinese, Japanese, and expatriate minorities.
However, Seoul seems to be an interesting spot for foreign investment projects. For this reason, numerous multinationals from all fields have set a local office or branch here.
Weather Seoul
In Seoul, winters are very cold and summers are warm. August is the warmest month, with average temperatures of 22 to 30 °C (72 to 85 °F), and sometimes higher temperatures. Winters are usually cold, with temperatures close to freezing point. The average temperature in January is -6 to 1 °C (21 to 35 °F) and in general has few snowfall precipitations.
