Overview
The main objective of the Agency Free Will and Moral Responsabillity course from Universidad del Rosario is to introduce students to the contemporary debate on agency, free will and moral responsibility, that is, the relationship that being an agent seems to have with being free, and the relationship that being free seems to have with being morally responsible for one’s actions.
Students eager to learn about agency, free will and moral responsibility, with advanced English skills. The course is open to students from all disciplines. The students will understand what is known as “the problem of human agency”, that is, the apparent incompatibility between being a physical being in the world, the world as something governed by scientific laws , and being an agent (and not a patient) in this world.Programme Structure
