Overview
The football coaching course has been designed in consultation with the Welsh Football Trust, Football Association of Wales (FAW) and Cardiff City Football Club. This ensures that the course meets industry needs, and will provide you with the skills required to work within professional football clubs and/or national governing bodies. Other key partners include Swansea City Football Club and UK Elite Soccer, both of whom offer work placements to students. On successful completion of the Foundation Degree, students can top up to a degree by completing the third year of the BSc (Hons) Sports Coaching and Performance (top-up) or the BSc (Hons) Football Coaching, Development and Administration (top-up).
