Overview
ESLI offers conditional admission to hundreds of degree programs at the associate's, bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels. Scholarship opportunities are also available for qualifying students.
Students who are Freshman or Sophomore in credit hours are included in the pre-communication disorders program. The Communication Disorder specific IDS course is offered to Freshman, and required by the department. The Communication Disorders degree is delivered by West Texas A&M University.
The Communication Disorders program is offered by West Texas A&M University.
This is the student's first exposure to terminology and professionals in the field. During the Sophomore rotation the students will take Clinical Observation, which allows students to observe professionals in the field working with clients. 25 hours of observation is required to start all Master's Level Programs. To apply for the Communication Disorders program at the Junior level, you are required to have a 3.0 cumulative GPA, completed IDS and Clinical Observation. Please refer to the Pre-CD course check-list to ensure that you have all your CORE courses complete.
