Overview
What is the Intercultural Trainer Academy?
The Intercultural Trainer Academy from InterCultur GGmbH is an intensive 10-day program which offers the opportunity to become an intercultural trainer.
It is organized twice a year:
- The winter edition in January is organized by InterCultur in collaboration with the Constructor University.
- The summer edition in August is organized solely by InterCultur.
The Intercultural Trainer Academy offers a unique blend of theory and practice tailored to your individual needs and interests. Theoretical input from intercultural scholars will be complemented by insights from lecturers and practitioners of InterCultur and Jacobs University Bremen on how to teach intercultural competence in intercultural trainings.
Upon successful completion of the full 10-day course you will receive an Intercultural Trainer Certificate.
The Intercultural Trainer Academy targets people who already have theoretical knowledge in the intercultural field and/or training experience, aiming to give them opportunities to broaden and deepen their knowledge and skills, network and share experience with others, and experiment with new content and methods with the option of receiving feedback from the group and instructors.

InterCultur gGmbH received the seal of approval as "certified further education organization" after extensive test procedures and onsite audits by Weiterbildung Hamburg e.V. and has committed to complying to the quality standards of the educational and qualification measures at various levels.
