Overview

The course explores the challenges facing Bible teachers today, along with philosophical, developmental, social, and psychological approaches to addressing those challenges. It also presents different methods for examining Biblical stories, including exegetical, hermeneutic, historical, literary, and gender-based approaches. Pedagogical skills required to apply these methods in class are analyzed and developed.
