Overview
Why the Back-end Development course at Winc Academy?
- As a Back-end Developer you work at the 'back end' of a website or application. This consists of three parts: the server, the application and the database.
- You will learn to program with Python and work with databases in SQL. These are two fundamental skills that are in high demand in business, and they give you the foundation you need to learn other skills on your own.
After the Back-end Development course you can start working as a (junior) Back-end Developer with a solid foundation.
- Graduate job-ready with the confidence to get hired.
- We are 100% sure that after completing the course, you are ready for a junior role in tech.If you don't get a job in six months, you are entitled to a refund.
The Winc Method:
Our mentors continue to motivate, are always available and provide personal feedback.
All courses are remote, which means that they can be followed online and from the comfort of your home.
We follow the principle of learning by doing. All mentors are developers who know exactly what you should be able to do in practice.
- You have a personal learning path and are in full control. Start anytime. Full time or part time. Whenever you want.
Programme Structure
This course will equip you with:
- Python: Python is one of the most popular programming languages in the world. You learn to read and write in this language to the point that you can independently build an extensive application with it.

Databases: One of the most important aspects of the cloud is the storage and use of data. You will learn to work with the database language SQL and to use databases from Python.
