Overview
In today's business world, the ability to develop, interpret, and communicate a financial forecast is no longer reserved for accountants or finance teams.
Build with up-to-date and domestically relevant content, this course teaches real-world financial skills applicable to an organisation's day-to-day. You'll learn the critical techniques used to forecast and manage financial and business performance.
This Finance for Business Leaders program at RMIT University has been built with leading industry partners BlueRock, REA, and Medibank, so you can feel confident that what you’re studying is best practice and aligned with the desired skillset in the industry.
How it works
Throughout this course, you'll learn how to develop the capability to interpret reports and translate forecasts using the latest industry tools and templates. Your final project will be a 10-minute video, presenting a financial forecast where you will explain the rationale of assumptions made, analysis of risks and KPIs, translate a team's individual accountabilities, and a method to track and report on financial audits.
