About the Neurolinguistic Programming Diploma course at Middlesex University Summer School

About Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP is known as an invaluable way to improve performance and get better results, faster, in both your personal and professional life.

NLP has several major benefits, including:

  • improving the way we communicate
  • changing the way we think about situations so that we can modify behaviours and responses that are unhelpful – replicating in other situations those behaviours and responses that are useful

Aims:

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is rapidly being seen as an invaluable way to improve performance and get better results, faster, in both personal and professional life. NLP has several key benefits, including improving the way we communicate, changing the way we think about situations so that we modify behaviours and responses which do not help us, replicating in other situations those behaviours and responses which are useful

This Diploma will help attendees to acquire a skill base for facilitating self (and to some degree, other people) to develop themselves both personally and professionally. The skills taught will help attendees to both improve communication and to change un-useful patterns of behavior in certain contexts.

Learning Outcomes:

On successful completion of this module the successful student will be able to:
  • operate from the under-pinning beliefs within NLP (the mindset for success) across several contexts of their life
  • be able to improve their communication with a wide range of people
  • change their responses to certain situations if those responses are not useful
  • use the ‘techniques’ and tools of NLP taught in the class effectively for themselves,
