Overview
Opportunities
In the Leadership and Decision-making course from Didasko Group, you will look at a number of common leadership characteristics and behaviours, but in the end the traits and acts of a leader include anything and everything that inspire a following. There is no way to conclude decisively that good leadership = x + y. If you aspire to leadership, especially within organisations, the trick is to know those you wish to follow you. What do they want, need or aspire to? What are their motivations, values and attitudes? What leadership behaviours will resonate with their personality and emotions? And how does the organisation you find yourself in best facilitate leadership within these parameters?Programme Structure
