Overview
About the course
- While experiencing works of art at first hand, the aim is to provide a stimulating and enjoyable introduction to some of the most significant eras in western art from the Renaissance to the late 19th century.
- Students will hopefully leave the Introduction to Approaches in History of Art course at the University of the Arts London (UAL) with a greater awareness of different art historical approaches to the subject and most importantly an increased pleasure in looking at art.
