Overview
The Innovation Management course at the University of the Arts London (UAL) is results-oriented, and provides an overview of the whole innovation process, from idea origination, through to designing and launching an innovation implementation and management plan.
About the course
- The course will be taught through a combination of practical online workshops with weekly assignments, and specific multimedia material.
- You will be assigned practical tasks each week to complete outside of the lessons.
- These will develop your innovation project, and you will receive personal developmental feedback on your work each week.
- To get the best results from the course, it is recommended that you spend 1.5 hours a week on your assignments.

- Stage Two: Developing an Innovation Project

- Stage Three: Output and Delivery
- Writing the backbone of an innovation management plan
- Delivering the innovation management plan
