The Illustration - From Brief to Concept course at the University of the Arts London (UAL) will present a number of briefs for students to respond to.
About the course
- Drawing on themes from other creative disciplines, the sessions will guide you through a multi-sensory approach to art making, collaboration and building confidence in your visual style.
- By the end of the course you will have developed a toolkit to respond to different forms of media..
- The course leaders will integrate pieces of music, poems, passages of text and contemporary discussion into the workshops, in order to stimulate fresh and original ideas and push the boundaries of your practice.
- The result will be a number of artworks to add to your portfolio or submit to a client.
