About the course
Good writing skills are essential for corporate executives at any job level. Whether one is writing a business proposal, a policy proposal, a work report, a marketing brochure, or a letter or email to a client or customer, the message must come out clearly. It must also be persuasive.
You will learn how to catch the attention of your readers and explain difficult concepts or processes. This Clearly Write - Effective Writing for Executives course at Singapore Management University will also address some common language mistakes made in writing.
Through discussions and hands-on exercises, you will learn how to apply those writing techniques to specific types of writing, e.g. letters, work reports, business proposal, etc. Templates for writing would be provided.
