About the course
Financial modelling is a critical tool for business and investment decision making. Employing current best practices of leading investment banks, participants will be equipped with advanced financial modelling skills and how to build a robust model that can provide stakeholders with critical financial analysis needed to make strategic business decisions. This Advanced Financial Modelling and Corporate Valuation course is offered at Singapore Management University.
Programme Structure
What you will learn:
- Build a full 3-statement model from scratch, integrated with dynamic Cash & Revolver balancing
- Process cork-screw schedules including multiple debt, sweep, and amortisation
- Incorporate Debt Capacity models for sculpting and future derivation of cash available for debt servicing
- Refresh knowledge of Enterprise value, CAPM and Equity valuation
- Understand derived equity premiums and discounts obtained from DCF & Comparable valuation modules
- Separate data, logic and output parameters, build and present dashboard for dynamic output display
