With the ability to understand fitness from a holistic level, training clients become an all-rounded journey that looks after their fitness, weight management and even injury prevention, resulting in an effectively active lifestyle.
Participants in this Fitness Training course at Singapore Management University will be equipped with tools addressing physical development and mindset that hinder clients’ growth and guide them towards a lifestyle that brings out the best in them.
